Here is a JIT version for win32 (linux is still not available). What makes different JIT version from normal? That plugins are executed up to 5 times faster...

Not fully tested but on first look it works nice.

HOW TO UPDATE:
Shutdown the server
Delete addons/amx/dlls/amx_mm.dll file
Copy file from zip downloaded below to addons/amx/dlls/ folder
Start up your server
