o fixed issue with halflife.wad under win32 servers
o fixed endround last bullet issue in stats plugin
o fixed showing needed votes in vote plugin
o changed xvar from SayStats to SayStatsAll to not cover with SayStatsMe when command amx_statscfg on SayStats is used

There is new section in readme.txt named Settings
Some modules like GoeIP have to be modified because BUILD_PATHNAME function automaticly adds mod name to the path (CS Stats is already modified)...

用了一上午，才把服务器升级为v4.1.1.1 c1（免CD－KEY），使用了AMX 0.94 RC6（使用了自编的AutoKickWorst插件），还好，没遇到什么问题......
